To mark World Hepatitis Day, Murshid Hospital conducted a public awareness session at Agha Hassan Abedi Auditorium on 28th July 2017. The interactive session was attended by doctors and nurses of Murshid Hospital and Nursing School.
The experts enlightened the participants present, how this desease could be prevented or could be overcome and what measures are necessary to eliminate it completely.
Today most of the local community is not aware of the consequences of getting infected with deadly Hepatitis disease which globally causes over a million death per year.
The students of Murshid School of Nursing & Midwifery presented artwork and posters to create awareness among participants. Students were also given prize and souvenirs were also distributed.
